Today promised to be a stressful one considering the fact that we would have lectures from 8 am to 5:30 pm nonstop. It however ended up not being quite as bad as I expected it to be. I couldn’t read the 48 Laws of Power or go further in the Redux tutorial today, unfortunately. Most of my free time was spent on socials, a way I definitely wouldn’t spend my time. I used my evening reading time to do an assignment. I’m glad to get that off my plate.

Today wasn’t a very noteworthy one when it came to evening reading. I couldn’t seem to focus even though I started early. I think I’m just tired. Yeah, that’s actually it. I was able to read The 48 Laws of Power’s 14th Law: Pose as a friend, work as a spy. However, I made no additional progress with learning Redux.

Another good day for me. I feel satisfied with what I was able to achieve today. I feel like I did well. During my evening reading, I was able to finish reading all the course material for BST104 (Bible Studies) and completed the Async logic chapter of the Redux tutorial. I didn’t read The 48 Laws of Power today, unfortunately. We go again tomorrow!

Today was another good day, building on the momentum from the last two days or so. I continued with the Redux tutorial today and completed the React UI part. Slow progress, but it’s still progress, am I right? I also read the 13th law of the 48 Laws of Power: When asking for help, appeal to people’s self-interest, never to their mercy or gratitude. I made it part of my morning routine this time around.

Today was an eye-opener when it comes to my spiritual life. With the help of a friend I was able to realise how much I’ve been lacking spiritually and that I need to really step up with how well I’ve been serving as a Christian. To this end, I attended my first Bingham University Student Fellowship meeting. It ended up being much more than I expected and I’m happy I attended. I’m definitely open to attending more of those.

Today was tons more productive for me than the last two to three days. I was able to do all the things I needed to do and it makes me feel much better as I had begun starting to feel like I’d started to fall into bad habits. …

I couldn’t write yesterday’s journal because I had a serious headache that didn’t allow me to look at a screen. Falling asleep was a pain. Yesterday was a mess in terms of following the plan. For some reason, when it came to making a choice, I kept choosing the wrong option. Not proud of how my day went yesterday. I need to make things work today and get back on track. I was able to start designing a website for a project I’m working on and discussed some details about it with my roommate. I won’t disclose it now though.

Today was a comparatively less productive day. I couldn’t do any studying this evening due to some distractions. I did not even read The 48 Laws of Power. Now I have three chapters more to cover. I can only find solace in the fact that I was able to do a little more work in learning Redux. Obviously, not much happened today. I hope I have a better day tomorrow.

It’s a new month! It is still, though, another day. I switched to learning Redux from the ReduxJS official website and it’s much clearer than it was the first time around. I wanted to troll Upwork again today, but this time it was worse. I wasn’t very active at all…
