Journal: The Balancing Act, 1st May 2022

It’s a new month! It is still, though, another day. I switched to learning Redux from the ReduxJS official website and it’s much clearer than it was the first time around.

I wanted to troll Upwork again today, but this time it was worse. I wasn’t very active at all and applied for no jobs 😢 My weekend is over already and I shall be greeted tomorrow morning by a chemistry test.

I heard about another good book called The Intelligent Investor by Benjamin Graham from a YouTube ad. I have quite a few books on my reading list now and I wonder when I’ll be able to finish them. One page at a time, I’ll eventually get there.

My evening reading session today was not nearly as intense as it usually is, a minor setback. I’ll have to double down on my efforts in subsequent sessions. Speaking of reading, yesterday I didn’t end up reading the 9th Law of the 48 Laws of Power. I did that today, but that still means I’d have to read two laws to get back on track and I’ll handle that tomorrow.
